We use the money which is raised via the bonds to purchase residential & commercial property in the UK and we borrow funds to established UK house builders for an agreed rate of interest.

How do I open an account?

Do I need to pay tax on income received from the bonds?

All payments of interest made by Finndon Group to bondholders by law are subject to a 20% withholding tax at source.

Example, if an investor is due an interest payment of £500, the investor will receive £400 and the £100 withholding tax will be paid to HMRC on behalf of the individual investor.

Can I sell or exit my bonds early?

Unfortunately, bonds are non-transferable and cannot be sold early, bonds must be held until the bonds maturity date.

Are there any hidden fees, charges or commissions?

No, Finndon Group will not deduct any fees or commissions from customers bonds however a 20% withholding tax is applied to each bond coupon which is passed onto HMRC.

How much can I invest?

The minimum investment amount is £250 and there is no maximum investment amount. Investments can be made in multiples of £250
